It's Final Three night tonight, and it's a little hard for me to
wrap my head around this season. I mean, from Sundance to Sanjaya,
Antonella to skanky Haley, this season's been crazy. And, at times,
awesome. (The gay-offs, the Simon-Kiki smooch, crying little girls,
and many awkward interviews with celebs in the audience...)
Former Arizona Governor Fife Symington will be moderating a
November 12 event at the National Press Club where he will discuss
the Phoenix Lights incident. He says he will be joined by 14 former
high ranking military and government officials from 7 countries who
will share evidence from what they call their own UFO experiences
and investigations.
For Joe Martin, a 72-year-old Navy veteran paralyzed from the waist
down, bowling has proved the perfect therapy -- in two ways.
Tenpins was his doctor's prescription five years ago to help Martin
restore his declining memory. And the concentration he's applied to
the game has helped the wheelchair bowler roll two perfect games
this season at the two-lane facility at McGuire Veterans ...
COVENTRY Transport Museum will be rocking this week with live
performances from some of the nation's hottest bands, filmed for
Channel 4. The museum will be the location for Transmission and
will feature indie giants Athlete, The Charlatans and Pigeon
Detectives on Thursday.
